Canister fuel stoves are easy to use and run on pre-pressurized gas. After attaching the burner element to the top of the cannister of fuel you're ablet to simply turn the valve on and light the burner. Match lighting is a common method but the push-button piezo igniters offer a bit more convenience instead of digging around in your pack to find the container of matches.
